What is the difference between Justify and Distributed alignment?

1. Justify makes both paragraph edges look cleaner and is commonly used for normal body text.
2. Distributed alignment stretches character spacing further so the content fills the line more fully.
3. For reports, notices, and standard paragraphs, Justify is usually the better choice. For special layout needs, use Distributed alignment.

Why does centered text not look fully centered?

1. Check whether the paragraph has left indent, right indent, or first-line indent settings.
2. Check whether there are extra spaces, tabs, or hidden formatting marks in the paragraph.
3. Clear the extra spacing or indentation, then apply Center again.

Why does nothing change after I click an alignment button?

1. Confirm that the cursor is inside the target paragraph or that the target text is selected.
2. Check whether the current content is a picture, text box, or another object instead of a normal paragraph.
3. Return to the main text area and apply the alignment again.

How can I switch alignment faster while editing a document?

1. You can click the alignment buttons directly on the Home tab.
2. You can also select text and use the floating toolbar for quicker changes.
