1. Send a chat message

Entry: Meeting interface → bottom toolbar → Chat icon

  1. Join a meeting.
  2. Click the Chat icon in the bottom toolbar.
  3. In the chat panel on the right, find the message input box at the bottom.
  4. Type the text you want to send.
  5. Click the Send button next to the input box.
  6. If needed, scroll up or down in the chat panel to review earlier or later messages.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The chat panel opens on the right side and shows the message input area.
  • Next action available: After sending, your message appears in the chat area and you can continue typing another message.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you have not joined the meeting yet, the in-meeting chat entry may not appear.
  • Environment note: If the network is unstable, message delivery may be delayed or fail.
