What should I do if the speaker has no sound?

  1. Make sure the Speaker icon in the meeting is currently turned on.
  2. Check whether Windows system volume is muted or whether the correct output device is selected.
  3. If you use a headset, Bluetooth speaker, or docking device, make sure it is connected correctly.
  4. Leave and rejoin the meeting, then check the speaker state again.

Why can’t I find the Speaker entry in a meeting?

  1. Make sure you are already in the meeting window.
  2. Check the bottom toolbar and look for the Speaker icon.
  3. If the interface is not fully visible, enlarge the window or check whether another floating panel is covering the toolbar.
  4. If you still cannot find it, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.

Why can’t I hear meeting audio after I click the Speaker icon?

  1. Check whether your computer is sending sound to another device, such as Bluetooth headphones or an external monitor.
  2. Make sure the meeting currently has active speakers or audio content.
  3. Check whether the default output device in Windows sound settings is correct.
  4. If needed, reconnect the audio device and enter the meeting again to test it.
