What should I do if the speaker has no sound?

  1. Make sure macOS is using the correct output device, such as your speaker or headset.
  2. Check whether the device volume is too low or muted.
  3. Return to the meeting window and click the Speaker icon again to confirm its current state.
  4. If needed, leave the meeting and join again.

Why can’t I find the Speaker control in a meeting?

  1. Make sure you have already entered the meeting window.
  2. Check whether the bottom toolbar is visible.
  3. Look for the Speaker icon in the main meeting interface.
  4. If the interface does not display correctly, rejoin the meeting.

Can I stay in the meeting after turning the speaker off?

  1. Yes, you can remain in the meeting.
  2. When the speaker is off, you will not hear meeting audio through the current playback device.
  3. To restore playback, click the Speaker icon again.
