How-to Guide
1. Send a meeting link and generate a meeting card
Entry point: Message input box → paste a meeting link → send
- Open a group chat or one-to-one chat window.
- Paste a meeting link into the message input box.
- Send the message.
- Wait for WPS to recognize the link and generate a structured meeting card.
- Review the meeting title, invite text, host, meeting code, and status on the card.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A meeting card appears in chat instead of a plain text link.
- Next action available: You can continue checking the meeting status or enter the meeting when it is active.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the content is not a valid meeting link, a card may not be generated.
- Environment note: Keep the network connection available so the link can be recognized and the status can sync.
2. Check the card status during an active meeting
Entry point: An existing meeting card in chat
- Find the meeting card that has already been generated in chat.
- When the meeting is in progress, review the status area on the card.
- Confirm that the card shows an in-progress status and the current duration.

Success Criteria
- Interface result: The card shows the in-progress status and a meeting entry button.
- Next action available: Clicking the button opens the related meeting.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the meeting has not started yet or has already ended, the status and button display will be different.
3. Check the card status after the meeting ends
Entry point: An existing meeting card in chat
- Open the same meeting card in chat again.
- Wait until the meeting ends and the card status refreshes.
- Check the ended status and total meeting duration on the card.
- Confirm that the meeting entry button is no longer shown.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The card shows that the meeting has ended and displays the ended status information.
- No side effect: The shared card updates in place without needing to be sent again.
