Does the meeting layout stay saved for the next meeting?

  1. The selected meeting layout applies only to the current meeting.
  2. After the meeting ends, you need to choose a layout again in the next meeting.
  3. If you want to change your view during a meeting, click the Layout button again and switch modes.

Why can't I find the Layout button in a meeting?

  1. First, make sure you have successfully entered the WPS meeting window.
  2. Check whether the bottom toolbar is fully visible.
  3. If the interface did not load correctly, check your internet connection and re-enter the meeting.

How to switch between content and video views in WPS on Windows?

  1. In the current meeting, click the Layout button again at any time.
  2. Select Content and Video, Video Only, or Content Only from the layout menu.
  3. The interface switches immediately after you make your selection, without leaving the meeting.
