When using Meeting Layout, the most common questions fall into 3 areas: finding the control, confirming the effect, and understanding the scope of the setting.

Why can't I find the Layout button in a meeting?

  1. Make sure you have already entered the WPS meeting window instead of staying on the pre-meeting screen.
  2. Check the bottom toolbar in the meeting window and confirm that the meeting controls are fully visible.
  3. If the window is too small, enlarge the meeting window and check again.

Does the layout change take effect right away?

  1. Click the Layout button during the meeting.
  2. Select any layout mode.
  3. The current meeting view updates immediately. If you do not notice a change, switch to another mode to compare the display.

Is the layout setting kept after the meeting ends?

  1. The layout setting is mainly used for the current meeting.
  2. After the meeting ends, you can choose the layout again the next time you join a meeting.
  3. If you want a specific viewing mode, check the layout setting after the meeting starts.
