FAQ
Why can’t I find the Manage Calendar entry?
- Make sure you are already on the Calendar page in WPS Collaboration.
- Look for the ... more options button next to the target calendar name.
- If it still does not appear, check whether you are signed in and whether you have permission to manage that calendar.
- Refresh the page and open the calendar list again if needed.
Can I restore a calendar after deleting it?
- Confirm before deletion that the calendar is a custom calendar you no longer need.
- If the calendar still contains important events, move or record key information first.
- After deletion, if the calendar is gone from the list, you may need to create it again and reconfigure it.
Why didn’t new events change after I switched the default calendar?
- Return to the management panel and confirm that the default calendar setting was saved.
- Create a test event and check which calendar it uses.
- Refresh the calendar page and try again if the change does not appear immediately.
- If you manage multiple calendars, make sure you changed the correct one.
Will other members see the new name after I rename a shared calendar?
- First confirm that the calendar is shared.
- After renaming it, ask collaborators to refresh their calendar list.
- If your team follows a naming rule, align with that rule before changing the name.
