FAQ

Why can’t I find the Manage Calendar entry?

  1. Make sure you are already on the Calendar page in WPS Collaboration.
  2. Look for the ... more options button next to the target calendar name.
  3. If it still does not appear, check whether you are signed in and whether you have permission to manage that calendar.
  4. Refresh the page and open the calendar list again if needed.

Can I restore a calendar after deleting it?

  1. Confirm before deletion that the calendar is a custom calendar you no longer need.
  2. If the calendar still contains important events, move or record key information first.
  3. After deletion, if the calendar is gone from the list, you may need to create it again and reconfigure it.

Why didn’t new events change after I switched the default calendar?

  1. Return to the management panel and confirm that the default calendar setting was saved.
  2. Create a test event and check which calendar it uses.
  3. Refresh the calendar page and try again if the change does not appear immediately.
  4. If you manage multiple calendars, make sure you changed the correct one.

Will other members see the new name after I rename a shared calendar?

  1. First confirm that the calendar is shared.
  2. After renaming it, ask collaborators to refresh their calendar list.
  3. If your team follows a naming rule, align with that rule before changing the name.
