1. Import schedule data from a file

Entry path: WPS Collaboration → Calendar → “...” → Import Calendar

1. Open the WPS Collaboration client and click Calendar in the left navigation pane on the home page.
2. In the calendar page, click the … more button in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Import Calendar from the drop-down menu.
4. Click Select File or drag in a file, then choose the iCal file that contains your schedule data.
5. Wait while WPS reads event details such as date, time, and subject.
6. Select the target calendar that should receive the imported events.
7. Click Import to finish the batch event creation process.
8. After the import is complete, review the results in the calendar and continue editing or managing the imported events as needed.
