- In the left navigation area on the home page, click Calendar.
- Find the event you want to review in the calendar view.
- Click the event to open the event details panel.
- Review the subject, time, location or meeting room, attendees, notes, and related documents.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The target event details panel opens successfully.
- Next action available: You can continue to check attendee status, edit the event, or open related documents.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you click the wrong date or event, you may open a different event record.
- Environment note: For collaboration-based events, keep your network connection active so the latest information can sync.
2. Check attendee status
Entry path: Event details → Attendee list
- Open the details panel for the target event first.
- Find the Attendees section in the panel.
- Review the status icon or status text shown next to each attendee.
- Identify who has accepted, not responded, or declined.
- If needed, click an attendee and send a reminder message.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see the attendee list and each attendee's response status.
- Next action available: You can follow up with attendees who have not responded.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the wrong event is open, the attendee list will not match the meeting you want to review.
- Environment note: Attendee status depends on collaboration data syncing, so network issues may delay updates.
3. Edit event information
Entry path: Event details → Edit
- Open the details panel for the event you want to change.
- Click Edit.
- Update the subject, time, location, attendees, reminders, notes, or related documents as needed.
- Save the changes after confirming the updated information.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The updated event information appears in the details panel.
- Next action available: You can notify attendees or return to the calendar to review the updated result.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not double-check the time and attendee list before saving, the meeting arrangement may become inaccurate.
- Permission note: Regular participants may have fewer editing permissions than the creator or an admin.
4. Delete or transfer an event
Entry path: Event details → Delete Event / Transfer Event
- Open the details panel for the target event.
- Click Delete Event or Transfer Event based on what you need.
- If you delete the event, confirm the deletion.
- If you transfer the event, choose the new owner and complete the transfer.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: After deletion, the event no longer appears in its previous state; after transfer, the owner information is updated.
- Next action available: You can return to the calendar and continue reviewing other events.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Deleting an event before confirming whether it still needs to be kept.
- Permission note: Deleting or transferring an event usually requires event management permissions.
5. Copy and add an event
Entry path: Event details → Copy and Add Event
- Open an existing event with similar content.
- Click Copy and Add Event.
- In the new event screen, adjust the time, location, attendees, or notes.
- Save the new event.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new event is created and keeps part of the original event information as a starting point.
- Next action available: You can continue editing the new event or notify attendees.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: After copying, forgetting to update the time or attendees may create duplicate arrangements.
- Environment note: Review the differences between the original and new event before saving.
