Add Event to Calendar in WPS on Windows FAQ

Last updated:July 23, 2026

This FAQ covers 3 common questions about adding events in WPS Collaboration on Windows, including what to fill in, whether events can be edited later, and whether different entry points behave differently.

FAQ

What information should I fill in when I add an event?

  1. Open any event creation entry to enter the editing window.
  2. Fill in the subject, date, time, and any other details you need.
  3. Click Save to create the event.

Notes: The date and time can follow the currently selected position. It is recommended to enter at least a subject and time so the event is easier to manage later.

Can I edit an event after I add it?

  1. Find the event you created in the calendar.
  2. Click the event to open the editing view.
  3. Change the subject, time, location, or other details, then save again.

Notes: Events created from different entry points can still be edited after they are saved.

Do different entry points create different kinds of events?

  1. Choose any entry point to create an event.
  2. Enter the event details in the editing window.
  3. Save the event and review it in the calendar.

Notes: The difference is the way you start the action. Each method opens the same event editing window, so you can choose the one that fits your habit.
