1. Magnify a Slide During a Slideshow
Feature entry: Bottom toolbar → More → Magnify
- Start the slideshow in WPS Presentation.
- Move the pointer to show the bottom toolbar.
- Click More.
- Select Magnify.
- When the slide is enlarged, check the navigation window in the lower-right corner.
- Click + in the navigation window to zoom in further.
- Click - to zoom out.
- Click = to restore the normal size.
- Drag the red frame in the navigation window to move to another area of the slide.
- Press Esc to exit magnification mode.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Part of the current slide is enlarged and a navigation window appears in the lower-right corner.
- Next action available: You can continue zooming, zooming out, restoring the original size, or moving to another area.
- No side effect: After exit, the slideshow returns to the normal presentation view and can continue.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you are not in slideshow mode, the bottom toolbar entry will not appear.
- Environment note: This feature is only available during a slideshow.
