Why can’t I find the Magnify option?

  1. Make sure the file is already in slideshow mode.
  2. Move the pointer in the slideshow window to show the bottom toolbar.
  3. Click More and check whether Magnify appears in the menu.

How do I move the enlarged area after zooming in?

  1. Enter magnification mode and check whether the navigation window appears in the lower-right corner.
  2. Find the red frame inside the navigation window.
  3. Drag the red frame to the target position to view another part of the slide.

How do I exit magnification mode quickly?

  1. Press Esc while the slide is magnified to exit magnification mode directly.
  2. If you only want to restore the original size, click = in the navigation window.
  3. Confirm that the slideshow has returned to the normal presentation view before continuing.
