Where can I add speaker notes in WPS on Windows?
- Click the Notes button on the bottom status bar to open the notes area.
- You can also type directly in the notes area below the slide in Normal view.
- If you want to review notes in a different layout, open View → Notes Page.
- You can also use Slide Show → Speaker Notes to reach a note-related entry.
Can the audience see my speaker notes?
- Speaker notes are intended for the presenter as private prompts.
- In a normal presentation setup, the notes are not shown directly to the audience.
- Before a formal presentation, test the slideshow display to confirm that the audience screen shows only the slides.
How do I print slides with speaker notes?
- Open View → Notes Page first and check the layout for each slide.
- Open the print settings.
- Choose a layout that fits note output and then start printing.
- Preview the pages before printing to make sure the full note content is visible.
