1. Manual Slide Show
Entry: Slide Show tab → Presentation Settings → Manual Slide Show
- Click the Slide Show tab at the top of the window.
- Click the Presentation Settings drop-down button.
- Select Manual Slide Show.
- Start the slide show and advance slides by mouse click or key press.

2. Automatic Slide Show
Entry: Slide Show tab → Presentation Settings → Automatic Slide Show
- Click the Slide Show tab at the top of the window.
- Click the Presentation Settings drop-down button.
- Select Automatic Slide Show.
- Run the presentation and let slides advance according to rehearsal timings.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Slides advance automatically based on the preset rehearsal timings.
- Next action available: You can review whether the full presentation plays in the expected order and timing.

3. Presentation Settings
Entry: Slide Show tab → Presentation Settings → Presentation Settings
- Click the Slide Show tab at the top of the window.
- Click the Presentation Settings drop-down button.
- Select Presentation Settings.
- In the Set Up Show dialog box, choose a show type: Presented by a speaker (full screen), Browsed at a kiosk (full screen), or Browsed by an individual (window).
- Set the slide range as All, From... To..., or Custom Show.
- Configure show options such as Loop continuously until Esc, Pen color, and Show without animation.
- Set the slide advancement method as Manual or Using timings, if present.
- If multiple displays are connected, choose the slide show monitor and enable presenter view.
- Click OK to apply the settings.
