1. Open Ink Brush from the right-click menu
Entry point: Right-click menu in slideshow mode → Ink Brush
- Open your presentation and enter slideshow mode.
- Right-click on the current slide.

2. Open Ink Brush from the bottom toolbar

3. Switch pen types and colors, then erase ink
Entry point: Ink Brush menu
- Open the Ink Brush menu.
- Select Arrow, Ballpoint Pen, Watercolor Pen, Highlighter, or Draw Shape.
- To change the color, select Ink Color.
- To remove annotations, select Eraser or Erase All Ink on Slide.
- Drag the mouse on the slide to annotate or erase.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected pen, color, or erasing tool becomes active.
- What you can do next: You can continue annotating, editing, or clearing ink on the current slide.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: After clearing all ink on the current slide, previous marks on that slide are no longer visible, so confirm before using that option.

4. Keep ink when exiting the slideshow
Entry point: Prompt window when exiting slideshow mode
- Add annotations during the slideshow.
- Press Esc or exit the slideshow in another way.
- Review the prompt asking whether to keep the ink.
- Select the option to keep the ink and add it to the slide, or choose not to keep it.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A prompt appears when you exit the slideshow and ink is present.
- What you can do next: After returning to editing view, you can check whether the ink was kept.
