Where can I open Ink Brush?

  1. Open your presentation and enter slideshow mode.
  2. You can select Ink Brush from the right-click menu, or move the pointer and click Ink Brush on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Choose the pen type you need and start annotating.

Why can’t I see Ink Brush in editing view?

  1. Check whether you are currently in slideshow mode.
  2. Ink Brush is provided for slideshow use and is not shown as the same presentation annotation entry in normal editing view.
  3. Enter slideshow mode, then use the right-click menu or the bottom toolbar.

Will ink be kept after I exit the slideshow?

  1. When you exit the slideshow, a prompt asks whether to keep the ink.
  2. If you choose to keep it, the ink is added to the slide.
  3. If you choose not to keep it, the annotations from that slideshow session are not saved.

How do I quickly clear annotations on the current slide?

  1. Open the Ink Brush menu.
  2. Select Eraser to remove part of the ink.
