FAQ

Why can’t I see the Table Styles tab?

  1. Make sure you are working in WPS Presentation.
  2. Click any cell inside the table so the table object is selected.
  3. If the tab still does not appear, switch to the slide that contains the table and select the table again.

Why are some table styles unavailable?

  1. Check whether the style is marked as membership-related in the style list.
  2. Basic styles can be used directly, while some styles require WPS Premium.
  3. If you need those styles, open the subscription page to review available plans.

Will clearing a table style remove my table content?

  1. No. Clearing a table style removes formatting only.
  2. The text, data, and table structure remain in place.
  3. After clearing the style, you can apply another style at any time.
