1. Quickly Resize a Shape

Feature entry: Drawing Tools tab → Size area

1. Select the shape that you want to resize.
2. Click the Drawing Tools tab at the top of the window.
3. Enter the height and width values directly in the Size area.
4. Press Enter to apply the change.
5. If you need a small adjustment, use the buttons to fine-tune the size in 0.1 cm increments.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The selected shape changes in height or width.
• Next action available: You can continue moving, copying, or formatting the shape.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If the shape is not selected first, the size controls will not apply to the target object.
• Environment note: The presentation must contain an editable shape.

2. Customize Shape Size

Feature entry: Drawing Tools tab → Size group → Expand button → Object Properties → Size & Properties

1. Select the shape that you want to resize.
2. Click the Drawing Tools tab.
3. In the Size group, click the expand button to open the Object Properties sidebar on the right.
4. Open the Size & Properties tab.
5. Set the values for Height, Width, Rotation, Scale Height, and Scale Width as needed.
6. If you want proportional resizing, select Lock aspect ratio.
7. Review the live result and click a blank area to apply the settings.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The Object Properties panel appears on the right, and the shape updates based on the entered values.
• Next action available: You can continue editing other object properties or save the presentation.

Tips While Using
