1. Align shapes from Drawing Tools

Entry: Drawing Tools tab → Align

1. Select the shapes you want to align.
2. Click the Drawing Tools tab at the top.
3. Click Align to open the alignment menu.
4. Choose the reference mode you need, such as aligning relative to the object group, the slide, or the last selected object.
5. Select a command such as Align Left, Center Horizontally, Align Right, Align Top, Middle Align, Align Bottom, Distribute Horizontally, Distribute Vertically, Same Height, Same Width, or Same Size.
