Can I recover data after removing duplicates?

  1. If you just completed the removal, press Ctrl + Z first to try Undo.

How do I keep only deduplicated results?

  1. Select the range that contains duplicate data.
  2. Open Remove Duplicates on the Data tab.
  3. Choose the columns used to determine duplicates and run the action. The remaining content is the deduplicated result.

Does highlighting duplicates delete data?

  1. After you use Set Highlight Duplicates, review the marked result in the worksheet.
  2. Confirm that this feature only marks repeated content and does not delete data directly.
  3. If you want to clean the data, use Remove Duplicates afterward.
