Does the system receive new emails automatically?

  1. Yes. After you open the inbox, the system can receive new emails automatically.
  2. If you are waiting for an important message, you can also click Refresh Mail List to check immediately.
  3. After refresh, check the top of the list for the newest email.

How can I confirm whether a new email has arrived?

  1. Open Mail and enter the inbox.
  2. Check whether a new message appears at the top of the mail list.
  3. If you do not see it yet, click Refresh Mail List and check again.

Where does a new email appear after refresh?

  1. Refresh the inbox.
  2. Wait for the mail list update to finish.
