1. Create a new email and fill in the basics

Entry point: Mail page → Compose

  1. Click Compose on the Mail page.
  2. In the compose window, fill in the sender field.
  3. Enter the recipient.
  4. Enter the subject.
  5. Type your message in the body area.

2. Format the message body and run spell check

Entry point: Compose window → body formatting toolbar

  2. Choose the font and font size.
  3. Use bold, italic, underline, font color, or Format Painter as needed.
  4. To review English content, click the AB spell check icon.
  5. If you want writing assistance, open WPS AI from the toolbar.

3. Add attachments and insert content

Entry point: Compose window → Attachment / Insert

  1. Click Attachment.

  3. If you want to insert content, click Insert.

  5. Check that the body and attachment area display the content correctly.

4. Adjust send settings

Entry point: Bottom of the compose window → Send Settings

  2. Set the message priority if needed.

  4. Turn on read receipts if needed.
  5. Review the settings before sending.

5. Send the email

Entry point: Bottom of the compose window → Send
