Entry path: Cloud document picker
- After the cloud document picker opens, browse the file list.
- To find a file faster, use the search box and enter file name keywords.
- Select the file you want to add.

- Next action available: The available insertion methods are shown.

3. Choose an insertion method and finish adding
Entry path: Insertion method area in the cloud document picker
- After selecting a file, review the available insertion methods.
- To let recipients view or collaborate online, select Insert Cloud Document Link.
- To attach the file directly to the email, select Insert as File Attachment.
- Click the corresponding button to finish adding it.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The email now shows the inserted link or attachment content.
- Next action available: You can continue editing the email and send it.
