1. Open with Other Apps from a document page

Entry: Top menu bar More → Open with Other Apps

1. Open the target document.
2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
3. Tap Open with Other Apps in the pop-up menu.
4. Select a target app that supports the current file format.
5. Wait for the document to open in the selected app.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the system shows a list of available apps.
• Next action available: after you choose an app, the document opens there.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: if no expected app appears, the app may not be installed on the device.
• Environment note: different apps support different file formats.

2. Open with Other Apps from the home file list

Entry: More next to a file on the WPS home screen → Open with Other Apps

1. Find the target document in the file list on the WPS home screen.
2. Tap More next to the document.
3. Tap Open with Other Apps in the pop-up menu.
4. Select the target app from the system app list.
5. Wait for the document to open in the selected app.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the file can call the iOS app picker directly from the file list.
• Next action available: you can hand the file to another app without opening the document first.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: if the target app does not appear, confirm that it supports the current file format.
