How-to Guide

1. Batch export document images

Entry point: Top menu bar in the document > More > More Output & Conversion > Batch Image Extraction

  1. Open a document that contains images.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar, then open More Output & Conversion or All Services.
  3. Tap Batch Image Extraction.
  4. Wait while the app scans the images in the document and shows the preview results.
  5. Select the images you want to extract, or select all.
  6. Tap Extract to save the images to your device in one batch.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: You can see a preview list of the images found in the document.
  • Next actions: You can select images and continue with extraction.
  • Result check: After extraction is complete, the selected images are saved to the target location on your device.

Tips While Using

  • Membership: This feature requires WPS membership.
  • Storage: If the document contains many images or high-resolution images, make sure your device has enough available space.
  • Image quality: Exported images usually follow the quality of the images embedded in the document.
