FAQ

Why can’t I find the Batch Extract Images entry?

  1. Make sure you are using WPS Office on iOS and that the current document contains images.
  2. Tap More, then check More Output & Conversion or All Services for the feature entry.
  3. Confirm that your membership is active, because this feature is membership-related.
  4. If the entry still does not appear, update WPS Office and open the document again.

Why do the extracted images look different from the original files?

  1. Batch Extract Images saves the image content currently embedded in the document.
  2. If the original document images were compressed earlier, the exported result may look less clear than the original source files.
  3. Check the image quality in the document first if you need higher-resolution assets.

Where are the extracted images saved after I finish the process?

  1. Check the completion message after extraction finishes.
  2. Then look in your device photo library, Files app, or the storage location available to the app.
  3. If you still cannot find the results, run the extraction again and confirm that your device has enough free storage.
