FAQ
Why can’t I find the Batch Extract Images entry?
- Make sure you are using WPS Office on iOS and that the current document contains images.
- Tap More, then check More Output & Conversion or All Services for the feature entry.
- Confirm that your membership is active, because this feature is membership-related.
- If the entry still does not appear, update WPS Office and open the document again.
Why do the extracted images look different from the original files?
- Batch Extract Images saves the image content currently embedded in the document.
- If the original document images were compressed earlier, the exported result may look less clear than the original source files.
- Check the image quality in the document first if you need higher-resolution assets.
Where are the extracted images saved after I finish the process?
- Check the completion message after extraction finishes.
- Then look in your device photo library, Files app, or the storage location available to the app.
- If you still cannot find the results, run the extraction again and confirm that your device has enough free storage.
