1. Insert a Drop-Down List Content Control
Feature entry: Developer tools → Drop-Down List Content Control
- Make sure the current document is already in Design Mode.
- Place the cursor where you want to insert the drop-down list.
- Click the Drop-Down List Content Control button.
- After insertion, the control appears in the document as a configurable drop-down area.

2. Add Drop-Down Options
Feature entry: Developer tools → Control Properties
- Select the drop-down list content control that you inserted.
- Click the Control Properties button.
- In the properties panel, click Add.
- Enter the display name and value for the option.
- Repeat as needed until the option list is complete.
