1. Insert a Combo Box Content Control

Feature entry: Developer → Combo Box Content Control

  1. Make sure the current document is editable.
  2. Place the cursor where you want to insert the control.
  3. Open the Developer tab.
  4. Click Combo Box Content Control.
  5. The control is inserted at the current cursor position.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new combo box content control appears in the document.
  • Next action available: You can select the control and continue to its property settings.

  • Common mistake: If the cursor is not placed in the main document area, the control may not appear where expected.

2. Add Drop-down Options

Feature entry: Developer → Control Properties

  1. Select the inserted Combo Box Content Control in the document.
  2. Click Control Properties.
  3. In the properties window, click Add.

  6. Save the settings and close the properties window.
