1. Save a Document
Entry: File Operation menu in the upper-left corner → Save Version
- Click the File Operation menu in the upper-left corner.
- Click Save Version.
- To save the current edits quickly, you can also press

- Enter the file name and choose the file format.
- Click Save and Open to finish.
