How-to Guide
1. Move from the right-click menu
Entry: Cloud Documents list → right-click menu → Move to
- Open WPS and go to Cloud Documents.
- Find the file or folder that you want to move.
- Right-click the target file or folder and select Move to.
- Select the destination folder in the pop-up window.
- Click OK to complete the move.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected file or folder disappears from the original directory and appears in the destination folder.
- What you can do next: You can continue opening, sharing, or organizing the item in its new location.
- No side effects: The original location no longer keeps the same item entry.
Tips While Using

2. Batch move
Entry: Cloud Documents list → select files → batch actions → Move
- Open WPS and go to the Cloud Documents list.
- Select multiple files or folders that you want to move.
- Click Move in the top batch action bar.
- Select the destination folder.
- Click OK to complete the batch move.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: All selected files or folders appear together in the destination folder.
- What you can do next: You can continue managing these items together in the new location.
- No side effects: Unselected files are not moved.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: An incomplete selection may leave some files behind.
