1. Copy a File from the Right-Click Menu

Entry: Document list → right-click menu → Copy to

  1. Open WPS and go to a document list page such as My Cloud Documents.
  2. Find the file you want to copy.
  3. Right-click the file and select Copy to.
  4. In the pop-up window, select the destination folder.
  5. Click OK to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The copy window closes and the original file remains in its current location.
  • What you can do next: Open the destination folder and confirm that the copied file is there.
  • No side effect: The original file is not moved away by the copy action.
