FAQ

What should I do if I cannot find the Transfer Records entry?

  1. Open the WPS Office home page and check whether the Transfer Records button appears at the top right.
  2. If you are not using the home page entry, check whether the WPS Cloud icon appears in the lower-right area of the Windows taskbar.
  3. If the icon is hidden, expand the hidden icons area and look again.
  4. After opening it from either entry, you will enter the same transfer assistant window.

How do I continue uploading after a file name conflict?

  1. In the transfer assistant, find the record that shows a file name conflict.
  2. Resolve the duplicate file issue in the cloud first.
  3. Click the More button next to that record.
  4. Run the upload or retry action again and watch whether the status returns to normal.

Is there any difference between the two entry points?

  1. Open the transfer assistant from the Windows taskbar entry and from the WPS Office home page entry.
  2. Review the transfer records shown in the window.
  3. Both entry points open the same transfer assistant window and show the same transfer records.
