Why does the WPS Drive entry not appear in This PC?

  1. Open the WPS Drive page, click Settings, and enter Cloud Drive Settings.
  2. Check whether the WPS Drive switch is turned on in the Show WPS Drive entry in This PC section.
  3. If the entry still does not appear, check whether security software on the system is restricting related components.
  4. Return to This PC and check again.

How do I clear WPS cloud cache to free up disk space?

  1. Open Cloud Drive Settings.
  2. In the Cloud file cache area, click the ... button.
  3. Choose Clear Cache.
  4. After cleanup, check whether the cached size has decreased.

Why do files need to download again after I change the cache location?

  1. Cloud file cache is stored in the selected local location.
  2. After you change the cache location, temporary cache files in the previous location are not reused as valid cache in the new location.
  3. When you access related files again in WPS Drive, cache is generated again in the new location.
  4. To reduce waiting time, open frequently used folders first.
