When using WPS Cloud Document Cloud Space, 3 common question types usually come up: storage capacity, membership-related storage changes, and upload limits; this section includes 3 common answers.
FAQ
How much cloud space is available without membership?
- Open the WPS client home page.
- Check the Cloud Space panel near the bottom of the left navigation area.
- The cloud space for non-member users is 1GB.
Will files in cloud space be deleted after membership expires?
- Files that exceed the cloud document storage limit are not deleted after membership expires.
- Those files can still be viewed and downloaded.
- After membership expires, available capacity returns to 1GB, so you cannot upload new files or update existing files after the limit is exceeded.
- To continue uploading or updating files, subscribe again or delete some files to free space.
Why can’t I see the latest cloud space status?
- Confirm that your device is connected to the internet.
- Check whether you are signed in to your WPS account.
- Reopen the WPS client home page and check the Cloud Space panel again.
- If the status still does not update, try again later.
