1. Switch the Interface Language

Entry: Upper-right Global Settings button > Change Language

  1. Open the WPS client.
  2. Click the Global Settings button in the upper-right corner. Its icon is “≡”.
  3. Select Change Language from the expanded menu.
  4. Choose the target language from the language list.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Restart WPS so the new interface language takes effect.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: after restarting, menus and interface text appear in the selected language.
  • Next action available: you can continue opening, editing, and saving documents.
  • No side effect: existing document content does not change because of the interface language switch.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if you do not restart the client after applying the language, the interface will not switch completely.
