1. Open Appearance Settings from the Global Settings menu

Entry path: Global Settings at the top right → Appearance Settings

  1. Open WPS Office.
  2. Click the Global Settings button at the top right.
  3. Select Appearance Settings from the drop-down menu.
  4. Review the available theme, icon, and Home page layout options.

2. Open Appearance Settings from the Settings page sidebar

Entry path: Global Settings at the top right → Settings → Appearance Settings in the left sidebar

  1. Open WPS Office.
  2. Click the Global Settings button at the top right.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. In the left sidebar, click Appearance Settings.

3. Switch the classic skin theme

  2. Find the Classic Skin section.
  3. Choose one of the available themes: Default - Light, Default - Dark, Default - Follow System, or Medium Gray.
  4. Check whether the interface updates to the selected theme.

4. Change the desktop icon style

Entry path: Appearance Settings page → Desktop Icon section

  2. Find the Desktop Icon drop-down menu.
  3. Choose either Default or 2019 Beauty.
  4. Return to the desktop and check the icon appearance.

5. Adjust the Home page layout display

Entry path: Appearance Settings page → Home Page Layout section

  1. Open the Appearance Settings page.
  2. Find the Home Page Layout section.
  3. Select Hide Home main navigation bar names if you want to hide the sidebar navigation names on the Home page.
  4. If needed, select Hide membership color for document creator names to hide the membership color mark in the document list.
  5. Return to the Home page and review the updated display.
