1. Configure culture badges

Entry: Admin Console → Enterprise Settings → Exclusive Configuration → Badge Management

  1. Open the WPS365 client, and on the home page click Admin Console in the lower-left area.
  2. In the left panel, click Enterprise Settings to expand the menu.
  3. Click Exclusive Configuration, then open the Badge Management tab.
  4. Click New Badge to start configuration.
  5. Fill in or upload the following items: badge name, badge description, badge detail image, badge pendant image, recommended badge, and earning guidance.
  6. Click Save to apply the settings.

Success Criteria

  • The new badge appears on the Badge Management page.
  • The badge name, description, and image information are saved.
  • The recommended badge setting and earning guidance display correctly.

Tips While Using

  • Keep badge names short and easy to understand.
  • Before editing or deleting a badge, confirm whether it is already in use inside the organization.
  • Define clear award standards in advance for easier ongoing management.

2. Award badges

Entry: Badge Management → Award List

  1. Open the Badge Management page.
  2. Click Award List at the top.
  3. Review the current badge award status.
  4. Click Add Awarded Members.
  5. Select one or more members or departments to complete the award.

Success Criteria

  • Awarded member information is visible in the award list.
  • Newly added recipients appear in the list after the action is completed.
  • Members can view awarded badges on supported client pages.

Tips While Using

  • You can award badges by member or by department for recognition campaigns.
  • If an awarded badge is deleted, the badge is also removed from the affected members.
  • Members should use a supported and updated client version to view badge displays.
