1. Turn on the local save restriction

Entry path: Admin Console → Security Control → Document Security → Prevent Clients from Saving Documents Locally in WPS365

  1. Open the WPS365 client and click Admin Console in the lower-left corner of the home page.
  2. In the left navigation pane of the enterprise admin console, click Security Control.
  3. Click Document Security in the expanded list.
  4. Click Prevent Clients from Saving Documents Locally in WPS365 to open the security policy list.
  5. Find Prevent WPS Clients from Saving Documents Locally and switch it to On.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The policy switch shows On.
  • Next action available: You can continue to configure member scope and the whitelist.

2. Set the controlled member scope
