What is the difference between disbanding a team and deleting a team?

  1. Disbanding a team is usually performed by the team owner to end the team’s active use.
  2. Deleting a team is performed by an enterprise super admin or admin in the admin console.
  3. After deletion, the team is removed completely, and team documents are moved to the enterprise secondary recycle bin.

Can a deleted team be restored?

  1. Deleting a team is an irreversible action.
  2. After the deletion is completed, the team cannot be restored as a team object.
  3. If you need to review related files, go to the enterprise secondary recycle bin and check the document transfer result.

Why can’t I see the Delete button?

  1. First, confirm that your current account has enterprise super admin or admin permissions.
  2. Then confirm that the target team is already listed under Disbanded Teams.
