- Tap View List in the lower-left corner.
- In the view list, switch to an existing table view or tap + to create a new view.
- Select Kanban View.
- The system displays records as card columns based on the default grouping field.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Multiple grouped columns appear, and each record is shown as a card.
- What you can do next: You can continue adding records or review cards in different groups.
Tips While Using
- It is helpful to use a field with a clear category meaning as the grouping basis.
2. Switch to or review an existing view
Entry path: Data table screen → View list
- Open a smart table.
- Tap View List in the lower-left corner.
- Select an existing kanban view or table view from the list.
- Review how records are distributed in the current view.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The data table switches to the selected view.
- What you can do next: You can continue browsing cards, adding records, or returning to another view.
Tips While Using
- Kanban view and table view display the same dataset, so switching views does not create duplicate records.
3. Add a record in kanban view
Entry path: Kanban view → Add Record
- Open the kanban view.
- Tap Add Record.
- Enter the record content you need.
- Save the record and check which grouped column it appears in.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The new record appears as a card in the corresponding grouped column.
- What you can do next: You can edit that record or add more records.
Tips While Using
- The column where a new record appears depends on the value of the current grouping field.
4. Drag cards or review records with filters
Entry path: Kanban card area / Filter
- Find the target card in kanban view.
- Drag the card to another grouped column to adjust its grouped status.
- If you want to narrow the visible range, use filters to show only matching records.
- Check whether the card appears in the new grouped column or filtered result.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The card position changes, or only matching records remain visible.
- What you can do next: You can continue dragging other cards or clear the filter to restore the full view.
Tips While Using
- Kanban view works well for status-based or category-based task flows.
- Before dragging a card, confirm the meaning of the current grouped columns to avoid changing a record status by mistake.
