How-to Guide
1. Create a Form View
Entry path: Data table screen → View list → “+”
- Open a multi-dimensional table.
- Tap the View List button in the lower-left corner.
- In the view list, switch to an existing table view or tap + to create a new view.
- Select Form View.
- Open the form entry screen.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The form entry screen opens.
- What you can do next: You can review fields and start entering a record.
Tips While Using
- Make sure you are working in the correct data table before creating the view.
- The new form fields follow the fields in the current table view.
2. Review the Auto-Generated Form Fields

- After creating the Form View, stay on the form entry screen.
- Review the fields shown on the page.
- Confirm that the fields match the fields in the current table view.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Fillable fields are visible on the form page.
- What you can do next: You can type or select values in the fields.
Tips While Using
- Form fields are generated from the fields in the current table view by default.
- If you need a different field order, adjust the table view first and then create the form view again.
3. Enter Data in the Form and Sync It
Entry path: Form entry screen
- Fill in the required information field by field in Form View.
- Complete one record.
- Return to the data table or another view to check the new content.
- Confirm that the entered data has synced to the same data table.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The completed record is visible in the data table.
- What you can do next: You can add another record or switch to another view to review the data.
Tips While Using
- Data entered in Form View is shared with other views in the same table.
- Form View is suitable for record-by-record entry rather than complex layout changes on mobile.
