1. Open Version History

Entry path: Top-right menu icon → Version History

  1. Open a smart table.
  2. Tap the top-right menu icon.
  3. Select Version History from the list.
  4. Review the saved versions shown for the current file.

2. Name a Version

Entry path: Top-right menu icon → Version History → More options → Name

  1. Tap the top-right menu icon.
  2. Select Version History.
  3. Find the version you want to label.
  4. Tap the ... icon next to that version.
  5. Tap Name.
  6. Enter a name and tap OK to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected version shows the new name.
  • Next action available: You can identify important checkpoints more quickly later.

3. Preview a Version

Entry path: Top-right menu icon → Version History → More options → Preview

  3. Find the version you want to preview.
  4. Tap the ... icon next to that version.
  5. Tap Preview to open that version.

  • Interface result: The selected historical version opens for review.

4. Restore a Version

Entry path: Top-right menu icon → Version History → More options → Restore this version

  1. Tap the top-right menu icon.
  2. Select Version History.
  3. Find the version you want to restore.
  4. Tap the ... icon next to that version.
  5. Tap Restore this version to return the file to that state.

  • Interface result: The current smart table switches to the selected historical state.
  • Next action available: You can continue editing the restored content.

5. Delete a Version

Entry path: Top-right menu icon → Version History → More options → Delete version

  1. Tap the top-right menu icon.

  3. Find the version you want to remove.
  4. Tap the ... icon next to that version.
  5. Tap Delete version to remove it.
