1. View Record Dynamics

Entry: Right-click a record and choose View Record Dynamics, or open Expand Record and switch to Dynamics

1. Open the table view in the target multi-dimensional table.
2. Right-click any cell in the target record.
3. In the context menu, select View Record Dynamics or Expand Record.
4. If you opened the expanded record panel, click the Dynamics tab.
5. Review the record changes, including the operator, operation time, and before-and-after content.
6. Note that record dynamics show only the most recent 14 days of changes for each record.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The activity area for the selected record is open.
• What you can do next: You can continue reviewing the record's recent edit history.
• No side effect: Opening record dynamics does not directly change the current record content.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If you right-click outside the target record cell, you may not open the correct record activity quickly.
• Environment note: You need normal access to the online multi-dimensional table and its record details.
