Feature path: Bottom toolbar → Find
- Open the spreadsheet file you want to work with on your Android device.
- Check the bottom toolbar.
- Tap Find.

- If the file is not open in spreadsheet view, go back and reopen the spreadsheet file.
2. Enter a keyword and jump to a result
Feature path: Find panel → Search box
- Tap the search box.
- Enter the keyword you want to find.
- Wait for the sheet to highlight and jump to the matched cell.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A matched cell is highlighted or brought into view.
- Next action available: You can keep reviewing the current result or move to another one.
Tips While Using
- A more specific keyword usually makes the result easier to confirm.
3. Move to the previous or next match
Feature path: Find panel → “<” or “>”
- After entering a keyword, review the current match.
- Tap < to go to the previous match or > to go to the next match.
- Repeat until you reach the target cell.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The sheet view moves to a different matched position.
- Next action available: You can continue checking, viewing, or editing the cell.
Tips While Using
- If the keyword appears many times, review each result in order instead of stopping at the first one.
