1. Export to Online Spreadsheet

Entry path: Data table → More Actions → Export Data → Spreadsheet (xlsx) → Online Spreadsheet

  1. Open the target Bitable and click the table view you want to export in the left toolbar.
  2. Click the More Actions button on the right side of the table view.
  3. Select Export Data.
  4. Select Spreadsheet (xlsx).
  5. Select Online Spreadsheet.
  6. Wait for the export to finish. The file is saved to My Cloud Documents by default.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The exported online spreadsheet appears in cloud documents.
  • What you can do next: You can continue viewing, organizing, or sharing the exported spreadsheet online.

Tips While Using

  • The export is based on the visible records in the current view.
  • The exported file does not stay synced with the original Bitable automatically.
  • A network connection is required for Online Spreadsheet export.

2. Export to Local Spreadsheet

Entry path: Data table → More Actions → Export Data → Spreadsheet (xlsx) → Local Spreadsheet

  1. Open the target Bitable and click the table view you want to export in the left toolbar.
  2. Click the More Actions button on the right side of the table view.
  3. Select Export Data.
  4. Select Spreadsheet (xlsx).
  5. Select Local Spreadsheet.
  6. Choose a save location and complete the export.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: An XLSX file is created in the local folder you selected.
  • What you can do next: You can review, send, or open the file in another spreadsheet tool.

Tips While Using

  • Only visible records in the current view are included.
  • The exported file is suitable for offline backup, but it does not write changes back to the original Bitable.

3. Export to ZIP Package

Entry path: Data table → More Actions → Export Data → ZIP Package

  1. Open the target Bitable and click the table view you want to export in the left toolbar.
  2. Click the More Actions button on the right side of the table view.
  3. Select Export Data.
  4. Select ZIP Package.
  5. Wait for the ZIP file to be generated and saved to the target location.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A ZIP file is created in the local folder.
  • What you can do next: After extracting it, you can review the exported table data and related attachment files.

Tips While Using

  • When the table contains attachment fields, ZIP export is more suitable for complete delivery.
  • Large Bitables may take longer to export.
