  1. Open the target multi-dimensional table and find the dashboard that you want to copy in the left-side table list.
  2. Click the More Actions button next to the dashboard name.
  3. Select Create Copy from the drop-down menu.
  4. Wait while WPS creates a new dashboard copy that corresponds to the original structure and data.
  5. After the copy appears, right-click the copied dashboard name and select Rename to distinguish it from the original.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new dashboard copy appears in the left-side table list.
  • Next action available: You can rename, open, and continue editing the copied dashboard.
  • No side effect: The original dashboard remains in its original location.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you select the wrong object, you may create a copy of a different dashboard, so confirm the name before you click.
  • Environment note: If the content is syncing online, the copy may take a short time to appear.

2. Create a datasheet copy

Entry path: Left-side table list → More Actions → Create Copy

  1. Open the target multi-dimensional table and find the datasheet that you want to copy in the left-side table list.
  2. Click the More Actions button next to the datasheet name.
  3. Select Create Copy from the drop-down menu.
  4. To keep the structure and views without records, click Copy empty table and views only.
  5. To keep both structure and records, click Copy all content.
  6. Wait while WPS creates the new datasheet copy.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new datasheet copy appears in the left-side table list.
  • Next action available: You can open the copy and continue editing fields, views, and records.
  • No side effect: The original datasheet remains unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Make sure you choose the correct copy mode so the result matches your goal.
  • Environment note: A full-content copy may take longer when the datasheet contains more records.
