Success Criteria

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: confirming before entering the needed fields may require another edit afterward.

2. Insert a Record

Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Insert Above / Insert Below

  1. Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
  2. Tap Insert Above on the floating toolbar to insert a new record above the current one.
  3. Tap Insert Below on the floating toolbar to insert a new record below the current one.

Success Criteria

  • What you should see: a new record appears above or below the target position.
  • What you can do next: enter content into the inserted record immediately.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if the row number is not selected first, the floating toolbar will not show the related actions.

3. Duplicate an Existing Record

Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Duplicate

  1. Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
  2. Tap Duplicate on the floating toolbar.
  3. Check the copied record below the current one and edit it as needed.

Success Criteria

  • What you should see: a duplicated record appears below the current record.
  • What you can do next: continue editing the fields in the duplicated record.

Tips While Using

Success Criteria

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: confusing Clear with Delete; after clearing, the record itself still stays in the table.
  • Limitation: system auto-filled content cannot be cleared.

5. Delete a Record

Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Delete

  1. Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
  2. Tap Delete on the floating toolbar.
  3. Confirm that the current record has been removed from the data table.

Success Criteria

  • What you should see: the current record disappears from the table.
  • What you can do next: continue maintaining other records or save the file.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if a record is deleted by mistake, you may need to add it again or re-enter the content.
