Add or Remove Records in WPS on iOS FAQ

Last updated:July 24, 2026

When using Add or Remove Records, the most common issues fall into 3 areas: undo limits, clear scope, and record order; this FAQ includes 3 common questions.

FAQ

Can I undo a record right after adding it?

  1. On iOS, there is currently no direct undo action for a newly added record in this workflow.
  2. If you no longer need the record, select that record first.
  3. Tap Delete to remove it.

Does clearing a record remove all of its content?

  1. Select the record you want to process.
  2. After you tap Clear, the clearable content in the current record is removed.
  3. If the record contains system auto-filled content, that part will remain.

Where is a new record inserted by default?

  1. When you use Add Record, the new record is appended to the end of the data table by default.
  2. If you need it in a specific position, use Insert Above or Insert Below instead.
  3. After adding it, you can also adjust the display order with sorting or grouping.
