How-to Guide
1. Add a Record
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Add Record → Confirm Add
- Open the spreadsheet file that contains the data table.
- Tap Add Record on the bottom toolbar.
- Enter the field content you need in the pop-up window.
- Tap Confirm Add to finish.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new record appears in the data table.
- What you can do next: You can continue editing the new record fields.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Confirming before entering the needed fields may require another edit afterward.
2. Insert a Record
Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Insert Above / Insert Below
- Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
- On the floating toolbar, tap Insert Above to add a new record above the current one.
- Or tap Insert Below to add a new record below the current one.
- Enter the required content in the new record.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new record appears above or below the target record.
- What you can do next: You can enter field content in the new record immediately.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not select the record number first, the floating toolbar may not appear.
3. Duplicate an Existing Record
Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Duplicate
- Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select the record you want to copy.
- Tap Duplicate on the floating toolbar.
- Check the newly created copied record below the original one.
- Edit the duplicated fields as needed.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A similar record appears below the current record.
- What you can do next: You can continue editing the duplicated record.

- Common mistake: Not reviewing copied field values may leave outdated information in the new record.
4. Clear a Record
Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Clear
- Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
- Tap Clear on the floating toolbar.
- Check whether the current record content has been cleared.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Clearable content in the current record is removed.
- What you can do next: You can enter new field content in the same position.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Confusing Clear with Delete.
- Environment note: System-filled content cannot be cleared.
5. Delete a Record
Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Delete
- Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
- Tap Delete on the floating toolbar.
- Confirm that the current record has been removed from the data table.
